HOW IT RUNS

From a 48-hour assessment to a compliant programme

  1. Preliminary assessment

    48 HOURS

From your public footprint and one conversation, we state in writing whether and how the Act applies to you, where exposure is likely, and what Phase One would cover.

  2. Diagnostic & scope

    3–4 WEEKS

Structured interviews across IT, HR, legal, marketing and procurement. Contract and relationship mapping. Output: a Compliance Requirements Map, Gap Register and Programme Plan. Standardised scope, with no obligation to proceed.

  3. Design & drafting

    6–8 WEEKS

Notices, consent language, policies, processing agreements and addenda, settled with independent advocates. Security baselines assessed; vendors and customers approached with amended terms.

  4. Implementation

    6–10 WEEKS

Documents executed. Systems changed: consent capture, request handling, logging, retention. Security gaps closed. Officers appointed, staff trained by role.

  5. Verification & handover

    3–4 WEEKS

Controls tested. Breach plan rehearsed against the 72-hour clock. Evidence file assembled and presented to your board.
