“Trayambic Advisory & Consultancy” and “Trayambic Advisory” are trade names of Trayambic LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 with limited liability (LLPIN ACW-5820). Registered office: Unit 162, J2 Building, Sharamseva Co-op Society, Wadala Truck Terminal Road, Wadala RTO, above Trupti Farsan, Mumbai 400037. In this notice “Trayambic”, “we” and “us” mean Trayambic LLP.
Not a law firm
Trayambic is an advisory and consultancy firm. It is not a law firm, a firm of advocates or solicitors, or a legal practitioner. It is not enrolled with, registered with or regulated by the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council. It does not practise the profession of law within the meaning of the Advocates Act, 1961, and it does not act, appear or plead before any court, tribunal, authority or person in any capacity reserved to an advocate.
No legal advice
Nothing on this website, and nothing in any brochure, report, proposal, presentation or communication issued by Trayambic, is legal advice or a legal opinion. References to laws, rules and regulatory requirements describe compliance obligations and the scope of our advisory work.
No advocate-client relationship
Visiting this website, contacting Trayambic or engaging Trayambic does not create an advocate-client relationship. Information shared with Trayambic is protected by our contractual duty of confidence. It is not protected by the privilege that attaches to professional communications with an advocate under Section 132 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.
Independent advocates
Where a mandate requires services that the law reserves to advocates, those services are rendered only by independent advocates or law firms engaged directly by the client. They exercise their own professional judgment, owe their duties to the client and are solely responsible for their work. Their professional fees are theirs alone. Trayambic receives no share of those fees and no referral fee or commission from any advocate, and pays none. No advocate renders professional legal services as a partner, employee or agent of Trayambic.
No solicitation
This website is not an advertisement for, or a solicitation of work on behalf of, any advocate or law firm. Trayambic does not publish the names of the advocates its clients engage.
Other regulated professions
Trayambic is not a firm of chartered accountants, company secretaries or cost accountants and performs no audit, attestation or certification. It is not a registered valuer or an insolvency professional. It is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or merchant banker, and it gives no advice on investing in, buying or selling securities or investment products. Services reserved to those professions are rendered by qualified professionals engaged by the client.
Government approvals
Trayambic is not affiliated with any government, regulator or statutory body. Licences, permissions, registrations and approvals are granted by the competent authority at its discretion. Trayambic guarantees no outcome and no timeline. Trayambic does not offer, pay or facilitate any undue advantage to any public servant and declines any mandate that would require it. Former public officials who advise on our mandates do so in their private capacity.
Reports are advisory
A Trayambic assessment, report or scorecard is an advisory document prepared on information supplied by the client and on public sources. It is not a certificate of compliance, a statutory audit or a legal opinion, and no authority has approved or endorsed it.
