Trayambic Advisory & Consultancy is the advisory practice of Trayambic LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in India (LLPIN ACW-5820). We are a compliance, regulatory and business advisory firm. We are not a law firm and we do not practise law.

What we do

We act as prime advisor.

A client brings us a regulatory, compliance or business problem. We assess it, define the scope, build the programme and run it to completion, bringing in every specialist the mandate requires.

Our own work is advisory, managerial and technical: compliance assessments and gap analyses, regulatory mapping, programme design and governance, process and technology implementation, compliance documentation, staff training, and coordination across the client's teams and its external professionals.

Our principal practice is compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. We run three further practices: Legal & Regulatory Compliance; Administrative Compliance, Licensing & Project Consultancy; and Business & Structural Advisory.

Aryan MM Kadam

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Trayambic LLP

Aryan MM Kadam is the founding mind behind Trayambic LLP and its three ventures Legatio, Lawrio AI, and Legatio Chambers. A lawyer by discipline and a systems-builder by instinct, he operates at the intersection where statutory interpretation meets software architecture, treating the Indian legal framework not as an obstacle to be navigated but as infrastructure to be engineered. His practice interest lies in data protection and regulatory compliance, with a particular command over the Digital Personal Data Protection regime and the structural obligations it imposes upon enterprise. He has long held that India’s legal profession suffers not from a deficit of talent but from a deficit of instruments and that the remedy lies in building execution mechanisms rigorous enough to satisfy a courtroom and elegant enough to be adopted at scale. Trayambic is the expression of that conviction: a firm that drafts, advises, and builds with equal seriousness.

Yash A.K. Gawande

Founder, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Product Officer, Trayambic LLP

Yash A.K. Gawande is a Founder of Trayambic LLP and the steward of its operations and product strategy. His counsel is characterised by a rare bilingualism fluency in the language of legal obligation and in the language of product, allowing him to translate the demands of compliance into systems that function in practice rather than merely on paper. He directs the firm’s advisory engagements across legal and regulatory compliance, licensing and project consultancy, and business structuring, bringing to each a disciplined attention to procedure and an impatience with inefficiency. Within the firm’s technology ventures, he is the authority on how a legal product must behave in the hands of a practitioner, and he holds the firm to that standard with exactitude. His abiding conviction is that the Indian legal services market is on the threshold of a structural transformation, and that the firms which will endure are those that treat technology as a matter of professional ethics rather than convenience
