DPDP COMPLIANCE · IMPLEMENTATION

How the mandate runs.

Every engagement follows the same sequence: set out in advance, reported against, and closed with evidence a board can rely on.

THE MANDATE · SIX STAGES

From the first conversation to ongoing governance

A structured, practical path from assessment to long-term governance, designed to make compliance simple, measurable and effective.

01 / 06PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT48 HOURS

Preliminary assessment

From your public footprint and one conversation, we state in writing whether and how the Act applies to you, where exposure is likely, and what Phase One would cover.

01 / 06
THE FIRST 48 HOURS

  • Fixed, capped fee agreement, zero hidden hourly meters
  • Specialist roster designated for the matter
